Volevo provare questo SMASH single mash and single hop.

Solo pilsner e saaz, che lievito consigliate ad alta fermentazione?

con gli SMASH non necessariamente si fa single mash....anzi nel tuo caso col pilsner forse per non rischiare qualche minuto di protein rest lo farei......per il lievito opterei per quel mangrove jack che lavora pure a 15 e lascia il profilo neutro....come si chiama più????Mqualkecosa....oppure un più democratico S05 tenuto bello fresco in fermentazione...
