    Buongiorno, ho in fermentazione una birra d'abbazia e+g strong di birramia (21lt), date le temperature ambientali (16-20) ho piazzato una brew belt, adesso sta fermentando a 26-28C a volte raggiunge picchi di 30,pensate sia troppo alta? Sulla bustina di lievito leggo temperature fino a 32C (mangrove Jack's Belgian Ale M27)...posso fidarmi? Grazie in anticipo a tutti e buona birra!! ☺

    salve a tutti.mi sapete dire che tipo di lievito è quello fornito con il kit Brewmaker Pilsner 1,8 kg e a quanti gradi devo mantenere l'ambiente contenente il fermentatore?
